    The Splits Stretches, Middle Splits Flexibility Workout, How To Do The Splits For Beginners

    You might not do that splits today but this workout will improve you flexibility fast and help you get your middle splits or help you do a center split. Donnie shares the basic stretches to improve flexibility toward being able to do the splits. Follow along with Donnie to increase flexibility and learn how to do the splits. Perfect for dancers, gymnasts and general fitness enthusiasts or beginners.
    Key Components to getting your middle splits:

    1. Persistency in your practice
    2. Time and patience
    3. Pushing past your limits

    Please make sure you have someone with experience push you down because an inexperience person could push you the wrong way leading to bad injuries. I had my little sister push me because she has had experience
    Middle splits routine. If you are looking to get your middle splits then do this everyday and see how fast you will progress. It takes patience and persistence but if it's something you want then it's worth it :) Please be careful and listen to your bodies! Don't stretch too hard and take it slow. Also remember some people cannot physically get into the splits due to the way their hips are designed so don't force it!
