Middle splits routine. If you are looking to get your middle splits then do this everyday and see how fast you will progress. It takes patience and persistence but if it's something you want then it's worth it :) Please be careful and listen to your bodies! Don't stretch too hard and take it slow. Also remember some people cannot physically get into the splits due to the way their hips are designed so don't force it!
