1½ cups of raw spinach
½ cup of vitamin D-fortified orange juice
1 cucumber (chopped)
2 green apples (sliced into small pieces)
1 piece of ginger root (peeled)
Small lemon (optional)
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut the green apples into small pieces. Place in juicer.
2. Remove the stalks from the spinach leaves and mix with apples.
3. Add chopped cucumber.
4. Peel and chop a section of ginger root and place in the mix.
5. Pour the juice into a container, add orange juice.
6. Mix well. If desired, add a few drops of water for consistency.
7. Pour the juice into a glass, add a few cubes of ice and enjoy!
